Shipping

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). During peak periods such as product launches, please allow up to 5 business days.

UK Delivery

• • Standard (2–3 working days): £4.99
  • Express (1 working day): £7.99
  • Free Standard UK Delivery on orders over £99

 

International Delivery

• • Europe: 5–7 working days (£14.99)
  • USA & Canada: 7–10 working days (£19.99)
  • Rest of World: 10–14 working days (£24.99)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their local authority. These costs are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

• Once your order has been dispatched, liability for delivery passes to the courier. We cannot be held responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or parcels marked as delivered by the courier but not received.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for covering the re-shipping fee.
