Returns Policy
We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return it under the terms below.
Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at lulu@starredldn.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be held liable for parcels lost in transit.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Sale items, discounted items or gift cards
- Custom or personalised products
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear, socks, or accessories marked as final sale)
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order and return your original item for a refund.
Refunds
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment card within 10 business days.
- A 10% restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund.
- Please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at lulu@starredldn.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
- The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs under this policy.
